Quality Control

We have established an end-to-end cable quality control system covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Through production self-inspection, special inspection review, and key process quality control point locking, we conduct indicator verification for every link to ensure the performance and quality of each batch of products comply with industry standards.

1. Raw Material Inspection and Warehousing

After core raw materials (such as T1 oxygen-free copper rods) enter the factory, key indicator tests (including diameter, resistivity, and elongation) are carried out immediately (corresponding to Inspection 1). Only materials that pass the inspection can enter the production process; unqualified materials will be returned or disposed of in accordance with procedures, laying a solid foundation for quality at the source.

2. Full-Process Inspection of Production Procedures

Each production procedure is equipped with dedicated inspection nodes, and core quality control points are set at key links:

3.Cable Partial Discharge Testing System Equipment

“The Cable Partial Discharge Testing System Equipment detects minute partial discharges during incoming cable inspections, promptly identifying hidden defects within the insulation. It serves as an indispensable key asset for preventing cable failures and enhancing the reliability of the power grid.”

4. Finished Cable Warehousing

After the finished products are completed, final inspections (including voltage withstand, appearance, and partial discharge) are conducted (Inspection 10). They can only be warehoused after passing the special inspection and being marked. If finished products fail the inspection, they will be reviewed by the dedicated department and handled in a standardized manner (e.g., rework, downgrading, or scrapping).
